New floor for a ski boat. The boat is well used every summer, yet the floor was falling apart and the rubber pad the customer recently had installed else where was coming lose. Anchor Marine removed and replaced all of the rotten floor, boards, installed carpet and floor tiles and rebuilt the skit hatch.
Customer noticed his outboard bracket was moving around a lot and was concerned that the bolts not be tight enough. Turned out the fiberglass had separated from the transom on the inside and the transom was rotting away; right where the outboard bracket was mounted. Anchor Marine removed all of the rotten wood, inlaid a bigger stronger outboard bracket pad.
Customer's boat had significant water accumulation in rear bilge. Anchor Marine identified source of leak being a rotten and separated transom. After removing the engine, transom and out drive we removed the old transom and replaced it with encapsulated wood, fiberglass and gel coat.
